Rates indicated below have been especially negotiated and can be obtained only through the Organising Secretariat (under reservation conditions indicated in this brochure). They are per night and per room, breakfast and internet included.

Right in the center of the Principality of Monaco, Novotel Monte-Carlo has been chosen by the organisers to host the AEGPL members’ meetings of the 2018 AEGPL Congress. This hotel is a short 10min drive to the Congress venue the Grimaldi Forum and just a few minutes’ walk to the train station and Place du Casino. This Avant-Garde-style establishment provides modern, spacious and air-conditioned rooms, some affording views over the Rocher or the Mediterranean Sea, the beach and the harbor.

The Adagio Monaco Palais Joséphine is just a few minutes from the Grimaldi Forum, the beach and the casino. Hotel Reservation: After Friday, 30th March 2018, reservation requests received will be subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed by the organisers.
Please note that in order to book your hotel online, bookings have to be made at the same time as the event registration.
TO MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION:
In order to benefit from the above mentioned rates, reservation requests have to
be submitted and handled exclusively by the Organising Secretariat (MCI).

All nights must be prepaid in advance.The amount corresponding to your entire stay will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill at check out. If you shorten your stay, no refund will be made of the cancelled pre-paid room nights. In case of no-show, no refund will be issued. Bookings are ensured on a first-come first-served basis.
Payment of the reservation fees is to be made in EUROS (€) only.
Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will send you an invoice/confirmation letter summarising accommodation details and specifying your payment status.
REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or by e-mail) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:
• For cancellations received up to Friday, 16th March 2018, an administrative fee of 100€ will be withheld.
• For cancellations received from Satuday, 17th March 2018, no refunds will be issued.
No deposit refunds will be issued for cancellation or no-show due to failure to obtain a visa.
• For cancellations received up to Friday, 30th March 2018, an administrative fee of 100€ will be withheld.
• For cancellations received from Saturday, 31st March 2018, no refunds will be issued.
• All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Organising Secretariat in writing before the event will be liable to pay for the full registration and accommodation fees.
❯ For changes in registration, a processing fee of €25 will be charged, except for name substitutions which will be treated as new registrations.
❯ All changes must be requested in writing to the Organising Secretariat.
Insurance and responsibility: World LPG Communication and AEGPL as the organisers and MCI France as the Organising Secretariat cannot be held responsible for the interruption or the cancellation of the event due to Force Majeure. In case of cancellation, cancellation conditions stated above will apply. Registration to the event implies the acceptance in full of the general terms and conditions. Likewise, and especially in case of risk of harm to any person’s security (and independently from any case of force majeure), the event organisers reserve the right to change the event location and, if necessary, to move the event to another country than the one initially planned. The cancellation conditions still shall apply and the event organisers strongly recommend that participants take out adequate insurance cover for cancellation.
It is advised to all participants to obtain travel insurance (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before leaving their country of origin. World LPG Communication, AEGPL and MCI France do not bear any responsibility in case of an accident caused to a participant or accompanying person during or following the event or during any event organised in conjunction with the event.
All guests will be responsible for their own accommodation and incidental charges which are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.
